To give our customers the best service possible, we ship all of our orders via a Parcel service that includes Track & Trace codes! All shippings to the Netherlands and Belgium are €6,95.
As soon as you ordered on work days, delivered within 1-3 work days applies. For orders that come in on a weekend day, you can also expect a delivery time of 1-3 work days (PostNL or DHL). If you are not at home, the package will be delivered at your neighbors’ house or the courier will try again the next day.
It is possible that you want to return a product. With us, you can do so within 14 days after the time of deliberation expired, without statement of reasons. Please note: return costs are at your own expense, these will not be covered by us. You have 14 days to report the return and from that moment on another 14 days to return the order/products.
Did you receive a free product as part of a promotional offer and do you want to return that order? Please do not forget to return the full order, including the free product you’ve received.
If the free product will not have been returned, the relevant costs will still be charged.
Follow the following steps to make the return procedure as smooth as possible:
Any product can be returned at all times. However, in the following cases we can not give a full refund of the order amount:
Products that were received over 14 days ago. Products that have been used, damaged or are incomplete.* Products without their package (for examining the product, removing the package is not necessary).*

After your revocation report, you have 14 days to return the order or product. We do, however, advise you to return the product as soon as possible to speed up the process.
As soon as we have received and approved the return, we will give you the relevant refund as soon as possible but at latest 7 days after the revocation report. You will then get a refund of the full order amount, shipping costs included. The shipping costs are only included if you returned all of your ordered products. Your are only liable for product impairment that results from using the goods beyond what was necessary to determine their nature, features and proper functioning.
Yes, return costs are at your own expense as the customer, unless the products were already damaged when you received them.
