The legal warranty applies to your purchase, possible extended warranties offered by us do not detract from your legal warrant. Legal warranty means that a product must be and do what a customer can reasonably expect from it. On top of that, you may reasonably assess if the product meets your wishes and expectations.
You may partly unpack the product to be able to do a just evaluation. Once a product comes with a care label, it needs to be washed accordingly for the warranty to remain valid.
We as a seller are obviously responsible for delivering a decent product. If the product contains errors or if there is any human error on our part, we will take care of some kind of compensation or replacement of the product. If the product was used wrongfully or the wrong product has been ordered, we can ask for compensation. We ask you to always contact our customer service department first, before returning the received product.
Returns are processed and/or assessed as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned package in our warehouse. You are only liable for product impairment that results from using the goods beyond what was necessary to determine their nature, features and proper functioning.
